[Here you can find all information and the registration!](https://www.correlaid.org/veranstaltungen/correlconnect-feb-2025/)\ \ Trump has been elected, big tech companies are the first to abolish DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) policies, approval of right-wing politics not only in Germany is rising, the ecological crisis keeps unfolding. In those challenging times, we want to get together and talk about how this affects us and our working environments, and what we can do to make our working places safer and more resilient places - on a small and large scale. - How can we reflect internal hierarchies and power dynamics at work and challenge them? - How can we live up to democratic values, solidarity and sustainability? - How can we shape our workplaces into more resilient, including places where everyone feels comfortable, with more employment rights, better work practices, data ethics practices, where underrepresented voices are equally involved? We will share stories and gather resources, strategies and tips on how to get more (politically) active for good at your job and use our power to initiate change If you feel like sharing a/your (success) story on how to change a workplace for better, feel free to send a message to Leo or Helen. We can also pick up your story anonymously and share it. Everyone, participating or not, is very welcome to check out our [Mural](https://app.mural.co/t/correlaid9916/m/correlaid9916/1737110731006/67c8f74c09d250b279884ce5b9646586b2d7ea98) already and start sharing ideas or resources on the raised questions!
